Building on the Parks and Recreation Master Plan's priorities, we are now embarking on the Citywide Trails Master Plan. This plan will seek to implement ways to enhance connectivity,walkability and access across our city with the help of your input.
As we continue to to re-invent, re-brand and reshape ourselves in the way we provide program delivery, how we provide services to all citizens and most importantly ensuring that we remain efficient, effective and essential, we turned to the team that is a national leader and understands Norfolk: Next Practice Partners. They are highly sought-after trendsetters in the field of Parks & Recreation Consulting and Master Planning led by their Founder & CEO, Mr. Neelay Bhatt who was most recently the keynote speaker for the Virginia Recreation and Park Society's Annual Conference right here in Norfolk.
